These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Offerator LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

We offer online consultancy services designed to help coaches, consultants, and agency owners scale their businesses. Our fulfillment includes providing consulting and giving direction, placing and implementing systems, and staffing talent to help with service delivery and business growth.

2. Eligibility

By engaging with our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3. Payments

Payments for our services are processed via Stripe. By utilizing our services, you agree to the payment terms as outlined during the engagement process. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any information shared with us. Any information provided to us, whether business-related or personal, will not be shared with any third party without your consent, unless required by law.

Similarly, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, materials, or processes shared with you as part of our services. Breach of confidentiality may result in the termination of services.

5. Content Access and Ownership

Throughout the course of our engagement, you may be granted access to certain content, strategies, or resources that you may use, share, or own, subject to the specific terms outlined during the service engagement. Offerator LLC holds no claim to any intellectual property rights related to content provided to you for use during or after the service term.

6. Late Payments and Service Termination

If you fail to make any payment when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services until payment is received. We may also charge a late payment fee or take legal action, if necessary, as agreed upon when signing our service agreement, to collect outstanding amounts.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in a competent court located in The State of Texas.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
